Hey Jonna. I never followed a vlogger or blogger before but your posts draw me into the beautiful world of two hard working loving people enjoying life in a lovely (and sometimes harsh) environment. For me it feels like an antidote against all the crazyness, destruction, ignorance and hate going on in the world. It’s people like you that give me hope for humanity. Thank you so much for sharing! Hej Jonna, Hallå awesome internetpeople,
i started recently to read the whole blog … i mean the whole one from the beginning. Currently i´m at january 2011 and i still have a lot to do. But i´m really looking forward to the upcoming evenings till i´ll have arrived in the present. I haven´t read such a good book for a long time!
For all who have already read the whole blog, there will be nothing new, but those who haven´t yet i advice to do it. You will be a witness of an unbelievable journey of a young courageous woman who went out not to flee but to face the biggest enemy you can imagine: life. And you will be a witness of her getting the biggest present as a reward: to live not just to exist. And the nice thing is: the journey isn´t over yet.
I don´t know what you think, but always when i ask myself what happiness is i get the answer: not to be unhappy. I don´t think that´s the same. And by reading jonna´s blog i have this feeling that you can recognize the difference between „happiness“ and „not to be unhappy“.
I mean i´m mostly „not unhappy“ … but i don´t know if i was ever happy. At least i´m not sure any longer. I guess jonna is it … cause she knows what´s good for her and what feels right for her. She is just living and let the fear of life not win. For this you must have enough courage at all and also enough staying power. Puuh … when i´m thinking of the beginning when this grundtjärn-adventure started (the first winter … – 35 °C …. staying awake all the night long to keep the fire burning in the stove) then i will be very modest in my artificial warmed flat. I think grundtjärn has tested you, jonna, back then and you have passed the test at its best.
Each of us can find out the answer to the question what makes someone happy for themselves and everyone has to find the „recipe for happiness“ for himself. But i think jonna has therapeutic abilities, which help us (you just have to look at all these comments in the youtube-channel ? ). And therefore i like to be inspirated by jonna´s work further more and will continue reading the blog immediately afterwards while i´m listening to some Gavin Luke – music and drinking a huge nice cup of beer ? i can tell you something from time to time how it was (so to speak a blog in a blog … just kidding ?) Yesterday i would like to have seen this old photos of all the people lived in grundtjärn in earlier days … but obviously they aren´t online anymore. What a pity.
Apropos „old“: i have this funny habbit. I always try to imagine how people will look like when they will be old. I succeed with those whom i don´t really like (they always look hideous, wrinkled and humpbacked in my phantasy) and i don´t succeed with those whom i like … as much as i try, somehow i can´t imagine that Jonna will become old ever …
OK, i hope that i haven´t talked to much rubbish. Have a cozy Lucia-time and nice days till christmas … dear internetpeople and, of course, Jonna, Johan, your families, Nanook, cats & cow and all the other j&j-supporters ?
