Hi Jonna,
What a wonderful inspired idea to make paint from nature. I believe your ancestors might be whispering in your ear. To paint from all that earth gives you, to have the process of cracking stones and feeling sand is in itself meditative. I wish you lots of inspiration and time to meet the nature spirits through this creativity.
You are so right about autumn. I feel it coming too as I swim in the river close to my house every morning. And it is indeed the time when we can go inwards.

Querida Jonna hace poco encontre tu blog, y reviviste en mi sonidos , imagenes y cosas que vivi con mis abuelos en su rancho . Gracias te lo agradesco tanto . Por otro lado en Mexico tome un curso llamado Mindfulnes ahi practique escuchar el sonido de un pasita , fui algo inimaginable , tomas la pasita entre tus dedos y la mueves cerca de tu oido , es algo raro , pero al igual que tu lago y bosque a veces dejamos de escuchar los sonidos de lo que nos rodea .

Ojala algun dia puedas escuchar una pasita y puedas grabar ese sonido.

Gracias por compartir toda la energia que habita en tu ser , por llenar de paz el mundo, te mando un fuerte abrazo.
